Cavoo Membership & Subscription Terms

1. Plans

Cavoo offers Free access with limited monthly quotas, plus paid Pro and Max subscriptions. Exact titles, prices, and quotas are shown in the App / App Store at purchase time and control over any examples below.

Product identifiers on Global builds use names such as quicknote_pro_* and quicknote_flg_* (Max). The purchase UI sells subscriptions and optional live/file-transcription minute packs. Speaker-identification packs are not sold. The membership screen and Apple checkout control.

2. Payment & Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can restore previous Apple purchases with Restore Purchases in the App.

3. Benefits & Quotas

Active subscriptions unlock higher real-time and file-transcription quotas and related Pro / Max features as described in the App. Unused monthly quotas follow the carry-over / reset rules shown in-product. Paid entitlements end when the subscription expires unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policy.

5. Changes

We may change plan features or pricing prospectively. Apple will present the applicable price at checkout. Continued use after renewal constitutes acceptance of then-current terms where permitted by law.
