By downloading, accessing, or using Cavoo (“the App”), operated by Softwell, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Cavoo provides AI-assisted voice recording, real-time and file transcription, speaker labeling, summarization, to-do extraction, and note management.
You retain ownership of content you create (recordings, transcripts, notes, uploads). You grant us a limited license to process, store, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the App—for example speech recognition, AI summarization, sync, and backup. Content stays on your device by default; cloud sync is optional and member-controlled. Signing out does not immediately delete that account’s on-device recordings and transcripts.
Do not upload or record unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or content you do not have rights to process.
Paid features are offered as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit). Plan names, prices, and quotas shown in the App Store / App at purchase time control.
The App, branding (including “Cavoo”), software, and related materials are owned by Softwell or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, unpaid / invalid subscriptions affecting paid features, abuse, or legal requirements. Sections that by nature should survive will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Cavoo, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
